  • Are your anime figures and merchandise authentic?
    Yes, we only sell 100% authentic products from licensed manufacturers. We work directly with reputable suppliers to ensure our items are genuine and of the highest quality.
  • What does ‘pre-order’ mean?
    A pre-order item is a product that is not yet in stock but is available for advanced purchase. Pre-orders allow you to reserve the item before it’s released. Once the item becomes available, it will be shipped to you. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page.
  • Do you restock sold-out items?
    We try to restock popular items whenever possible, but restocks depend on availability from our suppliers. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be alerted when an item is back in stock.
  • What’s the condition of your trading cards?
